WaterApp Lite App Reviews
The app is attractive and simple in design. It’s not very useful either in its current state or, I suspect, with full version. Just click the + button, and the number increments up to 8 and that’s it. But what does that mean? Presumably eight glasses, but there’s no way to set what a “glass” is. 8 ounces? 12 ounces? 250 mL? More? Less? Actual volume measurements would be more useful. At least some way to identify what a “glass” equals. It also stops at eight, and won’t let you add any more. So if you’ve been instructed by your healthcare professional that you need more than eight “glasses” a day, full tracking with this becomes impossible. The full version doesn’t seem to address either of these, so I can’t see spending even the small amount on it. Too bad because its simplicity and attractiveness — most other water apps are just ugly and cartoonish — would make me use it regularly.
